This notice describes which personal data GreenPackData collects, why it is processed and which rights apply. It covers the website and the platform. Use of the service is also governed by the Terms of Service.

4. How, where and for how long
Processing is carried out with IT systems and measures intended to prevent unauthorised access, disclosure or alteration. Data is processed at the controller’s premises and by providers that host the service, including in a country other than the user’s, with the safeguards required by the GDPR.
Account and dossier data is kept for the life of the relationship and, after closure, for as long as legal duties or the protection of rights require. Technical logs are kept for as long as security and maintenance require. Contact-request data is kept for as long as needed to handle the request. Where the basis is consent, data is kept until consent is withdrawn, unless a longer retention duty applies.
5. Recipients
Authorised people at the controller, and providers that process data on its behalf, may access the data: hosting, email delivery, the contact form and cookie management. The list of processors can be requested from the controller. Data may be disclosed to an authority when the law requires it.
A public packaging page, if generated by the user, is available to anyone who has its address.
7. Rights
Within the limits of the GDPR, a person may access their data, ask for rectification or erasure, restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent, receive the data in a portable format and lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority.
The request is sent to the controller’s contacts. It is free of charge and is answered within one month.
8. Changes
This notice may be updated. The current version is always this page, with the last-updated date. If a change affects processing based on consent, consent is requested again when that is required.
