Terms of Service

These terms govern access to and use of GreenPackData, the software for packaging compliance with Regulation (EU) 2025/40 (PPWR). The service is provided by OLAB S.r.l., Via delle Azalee 23a, 00048 Nettuno (RM), Italy. By creating an account or using the service you accept these terms and the Privacy Policy.

1. The service

GreenPackData helps companies organise packaging data, technical documents, compliance assessments and declarations related to the PPWR. It is a support tool. It does not replace a legal, technical or regulatory assessment by the customer or by a qualified professional, and it does not guarantee compliance with the law.

2. Account

Registration requires a name, an email address and a password. The information must be accurate and the credentials must be kept confidential. Activity carried out through the account is the responsibility of the person using it. We may refuse or close a registration that is incomplete, inaccurate or used in breach of these terms.

3. Customer data and documents

Data, documents and information entered about an organisation, its suppliers and its packaging remain the customer’s. You authorise us to host and process them only to provide the service. Whoever uploads the material confirms they have the right to do so and that it does not infringe third-party rights. Processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use the service to break the law, upload malicious code, attempt unauthorised access, or interfere with the platform or with other customers. You may not resell access or copy the software, except as allowed by these terms.

5. Intellectual property

The platform, its software, interface and brand belong to OLAB S.r.l. or its licensors. These terms do not transfer any intellectual property. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for your organisation’s internal compliance work.

6. Availability and changes

We work to keep the service available, without guaranteeing uninterrupted access. We may update features, suspend the service for maintenance, or change these terms. The updated version is published on this page. Use after the update means you accept the new terms.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions taken on the basis of the service, for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data caused by events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that Italian law does not allow to be excluded.

8. Suspension

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, creates a security risk, or must be closed by law. You may stop using the service at any time.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by Italian law. The courts of Rome have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory forum that applies.
